Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 2 small sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 long sprig of fresh rosemary
- 2-3 strips of orange peel
- 2-3 strips of lemon peel
- 2 cups olives, assorted varieties
- 2 drops Rosemary Vitality™ essential oil
- 3 drops Thyme Vitality™ essential oil
- 2 drops Orange Vitality™ essential oil
- 1 drop Lemon Vitality™ essential oil
Instructions
- Rinse olives in water, drain, and pat dry.
- In small skillet heat olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and orange and lemon peel over medium-low heat until the oil is fragrant and simmering (about 1-2 minutes).
- Reduce heat to low, add olives, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 more minutes or until olives are warm throughout.
- Remove skillet from heat and let cool for a minute before adding the Vitality™ essential oils and stirring to coat.
- Serve warm immediately.
