Instructions

  1. Rinse olives in water, drain, and pat dry.
  2. In small skillet heat olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and orange and lemon peel over medium-low heat until the oil is fragrant and simmering (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Reduce heat to low, add olives, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 more minutes or until olives are warm throughout.
  4. Remove skillet from heat and let cool for a minute before adding the Vitality™ essential oils and stirring to coat.
  5. Serve warm immediately.
