Recipe: Orange Cardamom Choco Pots

Ingredients

  • 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped (plus more to garnish)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 large fresh eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp freshly pressed orange juice
  • 4 drops Orange Vitality™ essential oil
  • 2 drops Cardamom Vitality™ essential oil

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped chocolate in a blender jar.
  2. Bring the coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and salt just to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-low heat while whisking continuously.
  3. Immediately pour the milk mixture over the chocolate in the blender on high  until combined.
  4. Combine the eggs, orange juice, and Orange Vitality and Cardamom Vitality oils in a small dish; pour through the hole in the top of the blender as it is running and continue blending until creamy and smooth.
  5. Divide the chocolate mixture among 4 ramekins or small cups and refrigerate until set, and 2 hours.
  6. Serve cold with additional shaved chocolate on top, if desired.
