Ingredients
- 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped (plus more to garnish)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 large fresh eggs, at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp freshly pressed orange juice
- 4 drops Orange Vitality™ essential oil
- 2 drops Cardamom Vitality™ essential oil
Instructions
- Place the chopped chocolate in a blender jar.
- Bring the coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and salt just to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-low heat while whisking continuously.
- Immediately pour the milk mixture over the chocolate in the blender on high until combined.
- Combine the eggs, orange juice, and Orange Vitality and Cardamom Vitality oils in a small dish; pour through the hole in the top of the blender as it is running and continue blending until creamy and smooth.
- Divide the chocolate mixture among 4 ramekins or small cups and refrigerate until set, and 2 hours.
- Serve cold with additional shaved chocolate on top, if desired.
