Pumpkin Spice with Young Living Vitality Oils
This Vitality-based blend is perfect as a spice replacement for cooking. Use 8 to 10 drops (more or less to taste) to replace each teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.

  • 5 Cinnamon Bark
  • 1 Clove
  • 1 Nutmeg

Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Shake well before each use.

  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin Pureee
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 drop Clove Vitality
  • 1 drop Ginger Vitality
  • 1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Pumpkin Spice Scented Sugar Scrub
Combine sugars in a mixing bowl. Mix oils and honey together in a separate container. Combine liquid mixture with sugars in mixing bowl and stir until it reaches desired texture, adding more oil or sugar if necessary. Transfer to mason jar or other container and enjoy!

  • 1 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 drop Cinnamon essential oil
  • 1 drop Clove essential oil
  • 1 drop Ginger essential oil
  • 1 drop Nutmeg essential oil
  • 1/4 cup almond or jojoba oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

  1. The PSL—it takes over every coffee shop in town as soon as September rolls around, but it is full of sugar and artificial ingredients.
