Ingredients
For the Lemon Herb Butter
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons very finely chopped herbs such as parsley, chives, dill, and cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 drops Lemon Vitality
- 1 drop Dill Vitality
For the Sautéed snap peas
- 1 pound sugar snap peas, strings removed and cut in half on the diagonal
- 3/4 pound radishes, thinly sliced
- Lemon herb butter
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the lemon herb butter ingredients together in a small bowl and mash together with a fork until well combined.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter over medium-low heat. Add snap peas and cook, tossing frequently for 2-3 minutes.
- Add radishes and remaining butter; continue cooking, tossing frequently until radishes and snap peas are crisp-tender, 1-2 minutes more. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt to taste; serve warm.
