Peppermint Essential Oil“These are my water blends that I use whenever I drink water. I love the refreshing taste of the summer blend and the warming quality of the winter blend.

  • Summer Blend
    Combine equal amounts of:
    Lemon
    Grapefruit
    Orange
    Tangerine
    Spearmint
    – Peppermint
    Mix all the oils together in an empty glass bottle, and then use 3–4 drops of the mixture per quart of water.
  • Winter Blend
    Combine equal amounts of:
    Cinnamon
    Cassia
    Ocotea
    Mix all the oils together in an empty glass bottle, and then use 1–2 drops of the mixture per quart of water.”
