Consider Idaho Balsam Fir as a substitute.

White Fir essential oil (Abies concolor) has a fresh, crisp scent and is high in d-limonene, a powerful antioxidant.

Botanical Family: Pinaceae

Plant Origin: Idaho

Extraction Method: Steam distilled from wood/bark/twigs/needles

Key Constituents:

  • Alpha-Pinene (8-12%)
  • Beta-Pinene (20-30%)
  • Camphene (7-15%)
  • Bornyl Acetate (11-16%)
  • Delta-Cadinene (2-7%)

ORAC: 47,900 µTE/100g

How to Use:

  • Diffuse for aromatherapy, inhale directly, apply topically to large muscle groups.
  • Cautions: Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Do not use near fire, flame, heat or sparks. Keep out of reach of children.
