I am a Cuban-American Oily Mami born and raised in Miami, Florida. My husband, Ryan Lucas, was a Medic in the Army. My Kids are Olivia (8) and Bradley (4). All I can say is that I am on fire for healthy living! From my experience being an Army wife, I can assure you that you don’t have to be wealthy to live healthy.
