{"id":13459,"date":"2016-11-18T22:38:36","date_gmt":"2016-11-19T03:38:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/essentialoilsage.com\/?p=13459"},"modified":"2016-11-18T22:38:36","modified_gmt":"2016-11-19T03:38:36","slug":"recipe-sparkling-strawberry-limeade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/essentialoilsage.com\/?p=13459","title":{"rendered":"Recipe: Sparkling Strawberry Limeade"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13460\" src=\"https:\/\/essentialoilsage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/recipe-strawberry-limeade.jpg\" alt=\"Recipe: Strawberry Limeade\" width=\"640\" height=\"340\" \/>Prep Time: 40 minutes plus chill time<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Serves: 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Strawberry Syrup:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup wildflower honey (or maple syrup for vegan)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup filters water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For the Sparkling Strawberry Limeade:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 batch of Strawberry Syrup (divided use)<\/li>\n<li>6 Tbsp fresh lime juice (divided use)<\/li>\n<li>6 drops of Lime Vitality essential oil (divided use)<\/li>\n<li>Crushed ice for serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To make the Strawberry Syrup:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine the strawberries with the honey and water in a shallow, small saucepan.
